Captain's Meeting: The newest CC

The sky was blue, the clouds, white, the world placid and pristine. It seemed as if nothing could possibly go wrong on such a day, that even Lady Fate herself could not be that cruel; and so the day was an all around good one for the masses. Sitting in the massive, achromatic, tower of the first division, was the newest leader of the massive army known as soul reapers. The spirit guardians, armed with weapons more powerful than any human technology, ran about beneath his window, going about their duties that were required to keep both worlds peaceful. To be more accurate, it wasn't "both worlds" they were keeping peaceful. It was two out of five known worlds that they were keeping peaceful. These two worlds were known as the Soul Society and Living World, and both were kept together under the authority of this one man. The man who was now pondering these exact same thoughts, as he sat in his massive, palatial, throne-like chair with his haori wrapped around his shoulders and his katana in his hands. The tip of the katana was stabbing into the carpet at his feet, the blade facing out toward the door on the opposite end of the long, thing, corridor of a room. The aqua-blue, silk-wrapped, handle was held to the blade by a crescent moon-shaped cross guard. Both of the man's slim, pale, soft hands rested upon the golden pommel of the katana. His chin rested upon his hands, and indirectly upon his blade. It seemed fitting that he would use the sword to support him both in combat and out of it, though many would argue that a weapon as precious as a zanpakuto shouldn't be used so carelessly.

The cold brown eyes the Captain Commander gazed out of the hole in the wall that served as a window. A butterfly fluttered past, black and purple in color with a morbid design. He knew these butterflies all too well, and he also knew what message they would be carrying. As soon as the butterfly found the respective thirteen captains, on Kidou Corps Commander, they would relay the following message:
Greetings, my Captains and fellow Commander. This is your new Captain Commander of the Soul Society speaking, I have an urgent message. As we do not know each other, and I have yet to gauge your competence, I am requesting that all fourteen of you come to the Captain's Meeting Hall above the First Division Barracks and participate in this meeting I am holding. Any Captain that fails to appear himself, or send a representative with one hell of a good reason for not showing, will be stripped of his rank and instantly replaced. I jest not, do not try my patience. I look forward to conversing with all of you, enjoy this beautiful day, as long as you are enjoying it on the way to the Meeting Hall.

At the thought of this message, the Captain's cold, emotionless face broke out into an even more chilling smile. He had a feeling that at least one Captain would have an issue with him being in command, whether this showed through blunt insubordination or silent plotting, Xuntaii knew he would catch it. He had an eye for traitors and schemers, something he was afraid not many Captain Commanders before him had been graced with. Xuntaii sighed, removing his chin from the back of his hands, leaning back in his chair as he snapped his fingers. Suddenly, a figure flickered into the room. He was dressed completely in black robes, with a simple katana at his waist wrapped in a navy blue fabric. His hair was long, pulled into a messy ponytail on top of his head. He bowed instantly, awaiting orders.

"Make sure you let any and all Captains in as soon as they show up, I don't want to be left waiting. Let no one else in unless they have proof that they are to represent their captain." He said in a cold, authoritative voice. The shinigami instantly called out his understanding, disappearing in a flash. The shinigami had slammed the door on the way out in his hurry, and the annoying banging noise echoed throughout the room. Xuntaii cringed at this sound, it was irritating when people slammed doors, he had always hated that.

Xuntaii, the newest of the Captain Commanders, looked deceivingly young. He looked to only be in his twenties, when in actuality, he was around five-hundred and fifteen times older than that. His hair was kept messy, black in color, and hanging about his his face and around the nape of his neck. The bangs would occasionally be pushed to the top of his head if he were working or just didn't want them in the way. The eyes that rested in his head were almond shapes, small, and a rich brown color. His nose was slim and pointed, his face heart-shaped. Xuntaii's lips were thin and colorless, currently pulled down into an aggravated frown. His skin was an almost ghostly pale, seeming to be unmolested by acne or scars. He dressed in an odd fashion, with a tunic that was mainly black, but trimmed in scarlet. This tunic's color was a V-neck, coming down to his first rib and showing his collar bone. He had no hair or scars upon his chest either. At his waist was a length of cloth that was teased and torn at the ends, seeming to be the remains of an old cloak or cape. On his right arm was a massive sleeve that held tightly onto his arm just above the elbow, but fanned out to be wide open at the hand. Upon this sleeve was a crescent moon. Underneath the sleeve was a plating over his arm, protected him from blades or other similar assaults. His pants were baggy, a pale blue in color, and tucked into the knee-high black boots that he wore.

There in that room he waited for the arrival of his captains, playing absent-mindedly with the length of black ribbon that was tied to his upper left arm. The ribbon twisted around his bony, twisted fingers; occasionally it would slip between them and fall upon his lap. When this happened Xuntaii was stare at his empty hand blankly, as if he didn't notice the thing he had been playing with was gone. After a few seconds of staring, he would turn his attention to the fallen ribbon, pick it up, and restart the process.

Saito had been walking there earlier and caught the butterfly in his right hand as it flew out of the barracks.His haori had allowed him to enter without any kind of challenge.He had known that were was some ruckus among the nobles and simply assumed only a matter such as this would cause such disruption amongst the relatively calm elders of the families that found the Seireitei.Saito looked like as much of a slacker as he usually did although he was really quite far from it on this particular situation.He yawned sleepily and bowed slightly as he took his seat.He rubbed his eyes and spoke, addressing the new Head Captain.

"I am Saito Ryuhako, Captain of Division 11, The Current Kenpachi. It is a pleasure to meet you.May I say that it is my honor to fight under you for the good and safety of the balance of souls.My skills are at your disposal, my Captain."

He had a clear feel of monotony and boredom in his voice but it was generally all true.He held his zanpakuto at his side letting it hang loosely from his left hip.The Head Captain seemed far to innocent and inexperienced to be someone of such a position although Saito himself knew first hand how appearances are deceiving.

Kyaksu shunpoed in and looked upon the new CC, He bowed and bit and said

" Captain Kyaksu Jujin, Of the 6th division. It is an honor to meet you sir. I am at your disposal."

And with that said he stood there, waiting.

Maneki walked into the meeting hall but tripped on the way inside.He got up and noticed that Kyaksu and the 11th squad captain were here.He then a go at the podium who looked important.He walked up to the man and said "Hello im maneki and im guessing your the new CC nice to meet you."Now hes waiting for the man to respond.

((Oh damn, i forgot about that....sorry ^.^))

Ryu walked into the room, a lazy look on his face. Even his shoulders were hunched over as someone who didn't want to be there. His hiyori was unusually droped over him, as he walked down the path into the captains room. He just wanted this to be over with and get back to what he was doing. Though he should be more alert, could be a meeting about some of the things he stole and people he killed. But either way it wouldn't matter, seeing as there was no real proof to what he did. Or at least no proof that he did it, still paying attention to the meetings for once would make some slight sense. He often did as he pleased so, it would only work to give him info anyway. As the two golden double doors opened revealing an elegant room. He only nodded at each of the captains before taking his spot, hopefully it would be over soon. He had things he wanted to do.

Bright blue the sun was, as the older, bolder, Captain Kazumi, Kaguya walked slowly about the Seireitei looking for any random mischief to get into. In all actuality the man Kazumi wanted to practice some of his spying techniques that he has come to attain over several hundreds of years of serving as a captain. Many like to stay away from the man because of his shrewd, secretive characteristics and mind-blowing spiritual pressure, but in reality the man was a kindhearted person, who was there to protect, and serve, though his appearance made him out to be a man to fear, which in all aspects is what most people should do. At this moment the man Kazumi was in a capricious mood, he would snap out at any second slashing several buildings in half or go back to his barracks and bake a batch of cinnamon cookies. Many would call him bipolar but, that he wasn’t. So walking further along a random path in the heart of Seireitei a black butterfly ominously appears before him, and having been a captain for such a long time, not to mention a lieutenant once before Kazumi knew all too well of the Hell Butterfly, it meant that there was an important message that most, needed to know. Sticking out his finger he allows the butterfly to land, and once it landed he could hear the following message:

Greetings, my Captains and fellow Commander. This is your new Captain Commander of the Soul Society speaking, I have an urgent message. It was a message from the new Captain Commander who now of days seemed to change almost daily, why not just give a veteran captain like himself the position? An interruption to a great day was what it was, but Kazumi being there to protect, aa~nd serve disappears in what is known to be a shunpo, appearing instantly outside the 1st squads barracks. A front entry was not his style although, within moments of making it to the barracks he chants, “Bakudo #21: Sekienton,” and instantly the immediate area begins to fill with a cloud of thick, white ninja smoke. Kazumi begins to walk jovially through the smoke, and seemingly appears in his position next to a fellow captain, as though he had teleported. He knew that he was not permitted to speak unless spoken to so for the moment he would remain silent.

Gin casually strolled into the captains meeting, straw hat pulled down so that his eyes were barely visible to onlookers. He would usually do this when analyzing those around him. It kept said people from being able to "read his soul", as the eyes are the gateway to the soul. Not many had reported in as of yet, but there was plenty going on in Soul Society, and in the real world, at the current time, which could possibly explain the low attendance. Then again, there was the possibility that some Captain's didn't agree with the appointing of someone they hadn't been familiar with. So many scenarios, all of which were being scrutinized mentally in this brief stint of an entrance.

Standing just inside the doorway, stopped as though purposely attaining the title "center of attention", Gin's scouring eyes brought him to an unsuspected event. To his very surprise, Captain Toketsu had attended the meeting. This was rather unusual considering Ryu's overall nature. A slight grin began to make its way across Gin's lips, changing from the emotionless horizon it previously displayed. He'd now have to mentally prepare himself for a number of variables he'd intended to overlook. He continued to scour for a few more moments, noting the friendly faces outnumbered the unfamiliar.

Turning his head back to the direction of the most unfamiliar figure in the room, the Captain Commander, Gin gestured a slight nod, while grasping his straw hat between his index finger and thumb. All in a fluid motion, he released his hat, placed his arms back under the expensive green coat that covered his captains Haori, turned, and slowly made his way to his designated area. "This meeting will be quite interesting" he thought to himself.

The Captain Commander was not shocked to find each Captain come alone. He understood that Captains were both great friends and great rivals, that and the fact that their barracks were so far apart generally led to a sense of isolation amongst the squads. He sighed as the first Captains arrived, sitting back in the chair in a slouching position, with one leg thrown across the arm rest to his left and his body tilted toward his right. His head rested in a tired manner upon his right hand, tilted to the side. The almond eyes that would soon become his tools for unerring scrutiny, the two things that would keep him alive in a dog-eat-dog world. He gave his first captain a firm nod as he was addressed, making a mental note of the name and squad.

"You are the Kenpachi, one of my oldest Captains at the moment, correct?" He asked rhetorically, had the captain answered it would have been cut off or completely ignored anyway. It was clear that the Captain Commander was not interested in things like small talk and answers to questions he already knew the answer to. He also knew what at least one Captain would think, he looked far too young. Characteristically someone in his seat of power should be a bearded old man covered in scars from the thousands of wars he had participated in. This would be the Captain's fatal flaw if they came to the conclusion that they could overpower him through this observation. Hopefully if they were that stupid they would act on it quickly.

The next captain would arrive, head of the Sixth Division. He had no real interest in the Captain, he was neither a threat or a great ally for him at the moment, he was just there. As a result, he paid even less attention to this captain than he had Kenpachi. No more than a nod would this Captain be honored with, no questions rhetorical or otherwise. He glimpsed at the Captain with a bored and uninterested glare, one that showed he didn't appreciate the rude entrance. Doors were made to be used, he didn't care how proud one was that they had learned a simple trick like shunpo, they should keep showing it off in their system until they get into battle.

Next would come the Captain of the twelfth division. He had studied up on the captains beforehand, so identifying them was easier than they seemed to think it was. Hearing their names over and over would surely get annoying, he would have to break that habit quickly. Again he nodded toward the Captain in a bored manner. The ennui radiating off of the Captain Commander was thick, almost palpable. Anyone with eyes could tell that he neither wanted to be there or be in their company. As Xuntaii thought about the places he'd rather be and company he'd rather keep, which was none at all, he came to a conclusion. He could spend the rest of his lifetime and a few days after thinking about these things, but that wouldn't solve anything.

Just as he pondered over this, a man that Xuntaii could tell would be difficult with him appeared. He didn't seem enthusiastic to be there, or to be serving under him. In fact, he looked to be as bored and uninterested in these things as Xuntaii was. He figured that the man either really liked his position as a captain, or was trying to make sure that no subjects he didn't want entering other's thoughts were unearthed. What else could bring a man so obviously opposed to being in that spot to show up to the meeting? He only nodded to the captains, and Xuntaii didn't mind. In fact, he was the first to not introduce himself, and the first to not waste his time. Xuntaii knew enough of the man already, which would be his name and squad. Ryusaki of the Ninth Division, let's see what kind of fun you bring to my rule... He thought to himself menacingly. He mentally challenged the captain to say so much as a word against the Captain, or to find the habit of following orders too troubling for him. Anything would do if it started a conflict Xuntaii would be amused with for at least an hour.

He paid little to no attention to Kazumi, of the seventh division, as he appeared in a puff of smoke. It seemed he wasn't one for normal entrances. However, he was also one of his oldest captains, and would most likely prove a worthy ally. As he found himself lost in thought about the future and what he would have to do to make sure everything occured as planned, he was greeted by yet another captain. This captain was a man that nearly everyone knew about for one reason. The man was a womanizer, and an ardent one at that. The man bore the name Gin, leading the third Squad. With a sigh, Xuntaii pulled himself up from the palatial chair he had been draped over.

"Well, I seem to have wasted enough time in the hopes that more would show. So, you all will be the only ones with the special privilege that I am going to grant you. No I will not be revoking your ranks if you didn't show, so other captains may rest assured. However, if I find later that another Captain was just playing hookie and had no real reason to avoid the meeting, he will be left on a ledge that I can push him off of at any moment. Now, enough with the useless part of this meeting. I understand that many of you don't know me, some of you underestimate me, others don't trust me, and a few of you would go so far as to thinking of having me thrown from my rank. You needn't argue with this statement or even think about it, it is a fact that I know, whether you do or not. To crush any doubts and remove any silly ambitions from your heads, I am going to make an offer to the Captains who showed up to this meeting. If any of you wish to take my rank away from me, or dethrone me and have someone else take it, I am giving you the chance to challenge me to a fair duel under your conditions by dawn three days from now. I expect the challenge to come from you directly, with the conditions already laid out completely. There will be no negotiations, unless your conditions are absurd. I will be the judge of fair and unfair conditions, and if I say they are unfair you will change them or leave my barracks." He said in a bored, almost monotonous voice. He didn't look at his fellow Captains, he didn't pace around, he simply stood because it was customary to do so if one has the floor. When he finished his little rant, he dropped himself back into the chair in the same position he had sat in while the Captains filed in. He motioned with his left hand for any Captains to speak if they had something they wanted to bring to everyone's attention.

Toshiyuki Hiroki heard the message from his room and sauntered over to his seat, since he was new. He decided to explain why he was late even though he said he wasn't going to strip him of his rank. His abnormally big 11 year old body was deceiving to his true age of 700 years old. "Newly appointed second division captain, Toshiyuki Hirkoi! The last one had been killed and I have been chosen. Please excuse the delay!" He then removed his hat and sat in the chair with a diamond that had the number 2 inside. It was lined with black and silver. It was redecorated from last time and looked more unique from the others.

Maneki was about to leave the meeting hall when he saw sagar.Sagar was a good friend of maneki.He walked over to sagar and said "hi sagar its me maneki."Now he had to wait for sagar to respond.

Kyaksu went over to gin and said "Well, this was an interesting meeting...."

Then he looked back at the CC and turned back to Capt. Gin " He looks young..... But anyway, i have to go to my barracks, i have a new VC to greet. Wanna join me?"

Kyaksu waited on The captains response..... He knew he wanted a powerful VC, but doesnt know how lucky he would get.

Standing and listening to the new 'Old Man' was tedious, but as he finished speaking Kazumi was fed up. It seemed as though most of the other captains were idiots, blatant idiots. 'If you don't mind captain commander, sir, I shall be taking my leave,' Kazumi turns away from his position and walks slowly out of the door,' Next time old captain buddies,' Kazumi sighed with apparent sarcasm as he said 'old captain buddies.' He disappears in a cloud of smoke, similar to how he came..

[Exit]

And subsequently after the cloud of smoke would form Kazumi could be heard through out the 1st division headquarters, 'Burn, melt, devour,' and suddenly 5 bullets would come flying out of some of the residual smoke created from Kazumi's supposed exit, all aimed at Kyaksu. But not before 7 more bullets would come through flying all at Kyaksu again. And Kazumi prepared to appear some distance away back inside the building, being sure to not injure any of the other captains. 'Kyaksu, I question your ability as a captain, so now, feel my wrathe.' 4 bullets erupt from the floorboard below Kyaksu's feet, surely before any of the other bullets would reach him.

Xuntaii couldn't help but grin as Kazumi made his reappearance. Of course, he would not act out against this treason, as it wasn't true treason. Kazumi wasn't the only one who was skeptical about the abilities of this captain. Sighing, he shook his head and stood up. Nodding to all of the other captains as if one of his generals weren't in the process of being attacked by an ally, he turned to the window directly behind his palatial chair. With a half smile, he turned his head over his shoulder and addressed all of the captains.
"I have something to attend to, good day." He called back as he disappeared from view.

Thysix pulled the bow across the strings shortly and quickly, keeping in the middle of the bow to form staccato notes. This piece was quick, many accents and eighth notes, almost a bouncing sound to it. The music flowed from the violin, filling the room with the sound of the string instrument. Thysix stopped using his bow, plucking the notes with his large, rough hands, being careful not to strain the strings. He smiled at the quick sound, increasing the tempo until he switched back to his bow and played violently and swiftly, like a hurricane crashing through a city. A sudden set of legato and slurs as he reached the eye of the storm, until it was peaceful and serene. Picking up speed, Thysix again played the destruction and rage.

At this point a hellbutterfly landed on his shoulder, relaying the message from the captain commander. It was interesting, for Thysix was a new captain himself, and with a new captain commander it seemed command was switching quickly now. The captain would have sighed, but that would have interrupted his music. He skipped ahead in the piece to shorten it, to the somber requiem at the end, the metaphorical storm gone and the damage shown in full scale. Thysix ended with a retard, holding the last note out for a while.

He placed the violin in it’s case quickly but carefully. Now he did sigh, realizing he would be late to the captains meeting. Thysix grabbed his haori and Zanpakto and rushed out the door, putting on the clothing as he left. He strapped the dagger to his waist, putting it in a sheath he had made for since it didn’t have one initially. In the back of his mind, the captain noted how nice a day out it was, the blue sky beautiful against the Seretei buildings. Thysix rushed past several members of his squad who gave him a formal greeting, whilst all he could do was nod.

Then, a blast of reiatsu was felt, and he realized that a captain had released their Zanpakto. It was like a powerful wave had enveloped the area, thick and heavy as it coated the air with power. Thysix jumped and shunpoed from building to building, wind rushing and his face. He had to reach the meeting hall quickly now, to find out what was going on. His feet knocked off roof shingles as he jumped out of haste, and he sliced through the air urging to go faster.

After what seemed like an eternity, Thysix reached the meeting hall, pushing past the shinigami guarding the entrance and throwing open the doors. The captain peered through the smoke, realizing it was made from Kido. He saw Kazumi, seventh squad captain, with his Zanpakto released, firing it off at sixth division captain Kyaksu Jujin. Thysix had missed his chance to defend the captain against the other’s Zanpakto, but he did begin to position himself to take down the seventh squad captain when he lets his guard down.

“Captain Kazumi, what is the meaning of this?” Thysix asked, carefully watching the other captains’ movements. In the back of his mind, he wondered where the new Captain Commander was, considering he was the one who called the meeting, and it would be ridiculous and irresponsible for him to walk out in the middle of this obvious betrayal. But none of that mattered at the moment, since he wasn’t here. So Thysix waited for an answer to his question, one hand on his Zanpakto, the other ready to defend against attacks.

Just before the traitorous actions of the unfamiliar captain, Captain Kyaksu had been directly beside Gin, commenting on the boring nature of the meeting they were so urgently requested to attend. The meeting conveyed absolutely no significance toward the current state of affairs within Soul Society. As it stood, it was nothing more than a slight attempt at provocation from the newly appointed, slightly paranoid, leader of the Gotei 13. During Kyaksu's slightly funny color commentary, a childish act took place, in which a Captain stormed out of the meeting as though he were a ten year old placed on punishment. The thought of such an act being tolerated should have been beyond the scope of reasoning for every other captain. Whats more, seeing as this was the first meeting for all respective division heads, it was quite puzzling how one could come to the conclusion that any other being wasn't fit for their position. Those thoughts were all in good reason, but the time for that had since passed.

Now, a slight grin came across the face of the young 3rd division captain, as he placed his right hand oh the hilt of his zanpakuto, which occupied his left hip. His reiatsu began to show as a slight swirling gust, making his haori and kimono combo flap in the winds as though a studio fan were directly in front of him. His straw hat remained tipped forward, not allowing anyone in the room to see what he was focused on. The green eyes of his, ever so piercing, shot off a stare that could have bore a whole through the finest world metals. His poise, at the moment, was solely set on defense, as his morals would never stand for Captains outright attacking one another. This was an insubordination that seemed more than welcomed by the captain commander, whom decided to turn cheek to the situation at hand. For the time being, Gin could only worry about what was going on here, and would address any other situations should time permit.

The onslaught of a flaring reiatsu gave immediate notice that a zanpakuto had been released nearby. Seeing as no other captain had so much as flinched, it could easily be deduced that it came from he who recently exited. Then, the echo of his release command could be heard reflecting off the walls throughout the halls of the first division. Shortly after the commands were spoken, a loud clanking sound could be heard directly underneath where Gin and Kyaksu stood. Quick to react, Gin grabbed the collar of Captain Kyaksu's haori, spinning clockwise, not only pulling the captain from his position, but also slinging him out of his haori, and across the room. Completing the clockwise spin, haori still in his left hand, the 3rd division captain immediately shunpo'd backwards so as not to be mistakenly hit by whatever was attempting to barrel its way through the very thick wood flooring. Upon coming out of his blur-like movement, Gin looked to see the haori he'd spun Kyaksu out of had been somewhat torn, but more so eaten away. Before having time to analyze exactly what could cause such a reaction, a primary attack, which had gone unnoticed, bombarded the wall behind where the two captains stood only moments ago.

In his usual calm, and often assumed to be condescending nature, Gin let out a "whew", as he rubbed his chin with his right hand that had recently occupied his beautiful green and black zanpakuto hilt. Even in his seemingly relaxed state, he was very aware of those who surrounded him, and also aware of the possibility of continuing attacks. Still releasing a considerably mild amount of reaitsu, he once again bent his knees, placed his right foot forward, and rejoined his right hand with Seiyuuki. "There's a time and place for everything, Captain-Buddy Chan" Gin said with intent to diffuse the situation. He'd hoped this wouldn't get out of hand, but was prepared for what may lie ahead.

OOC: Having not posted within 48 hours, and Gin's attempt at saving him not being sufficient to actually save him, i shall be taking a hit. In Gin's posts he states that he only stops two sets of the bullets so the third set will hit.

The bullets from under Kyaksu's feet indeed missed their target, due to some unfortunate interference, and the seven bullets which first came whizzing through the door would also miss their target due to the man's interference, but the set of five bullets which came whizzing in directly at Kyaksu in his new direction were uncontested. One of the five fly into the man's right shoulder ripping his muscles and tendons within it. The other three bullets ended up going through the man's legs and arms also ripping apart more tendons. But just as one bullet was about to pirece the man's head it suddenly stops about half an inch from his skin.

Kazumi walks through the door, ' I didn't plan on killing the young chap, but I had to test him..he failed.. so i would like to submit him for questioning on captainship,' Kazumi simply stares at the carnage he created.

Saito had fallen asleep in the meeting as he really didn't care much about what the Captain Commander has to say or was for that matter all he needed was a face and to know how uptight the Captain Commander was.He woke up towards the end and saw a few bullets hit one of the other Captains preceded by a rising of reiatsu and some fancy handwork.The reiatsu really wasn't impressive to him as his own was on a different level from most if not all of the other Captains in the meeting.He stood up from his chair and nonchalantly began to walk out."Well Gentlemen this was certainly enlightening maybe we can drink together one of these days." and with that he simply walked out, as using shunpo would be tiring and he didn't even bother to try and learn the technique.

Thysix’s face turned to surprise as he noticed the bullets really did hit their mark, tearing into the other captain. He noticed Kazumi walked into the door, saying it was a ‘test’, as if that would excuse the fact that he had released his Zanpakto and attacked another ranking captain. Thinking this over quickly, Thysix concluded that the seventh squad captain was in fact insane. He tensed his shoulders and hunched his body, taking a basic combat stance, crouching with a reverse grip on his knife to provide power rather than range. Thysix had a very serious, almost stern, look on his face as he stared at the other captain, now being considered as rogue to Thysix. A draft from the door came in, blowing his haori and shinigami robes.

“Captain Kazumi of seventh squad,” Thysix started, his voice drawn out, as if he was choosing his words carefully, but in reality he knew exactly what he needed to say, “You are to seal your Zanpakto and surrender it to me. Failure to do so and I will assume you are rogue and treat you as such.” A storm began to brew over the captains meeting room, thunder rolling and the soft sound of a light shower. Thysix spoke again, “And I will let you know I won’t hold back. To prove this point, Thysix lets go of his normally tightly sealed reaitsu, metallic silver power spreading from him.

The soft rain changed, thundering and pouring outside of the barracks. It cooled the room, making Thysix’s hairs stand on end from the sudden cold, but regardless, feels sweat on the back of his neck. The truth was, he was a little afraid of what the other captain would do, though that portion of his thoughts was being pushed back to keep room for his logical side. What is most troubling is yet another captain leaves without addressing the issue. It was getting ridiculous how little these supposed heads of Seretei, the people with the most power and responsibility, took their job so lightly.

Another thing was bothering him, too. Thysix had been feeling an echo of a powerful reiatsu, not in the soul society, but as if it was strong enough to reach it. He wondered if this had anything to do with the Captain Commander, or, that case, any of the other captains leaving without explanation. That would only make it more urgent for Thysix to finish with Kazumi and check what could be causing this event.

Kyaksu wasnt surprised at the attacks that had been taking place. He was suprised to be thrown and his haori torn, he looked at Captain Gin for a second the turned on the spot. He felt intense pain in his right shoulder, left arm, and legs. he looked down and to his horror he was hit.

He struggled to talk because of the pain. "What....... What is the meaning of this?"

After hearing the man talk about questioning his captainship he managed to get out some more words "Who are you to question me?"

He grabbed on to his zanpaktou to hold himself up. This man is crazy, what is he thinking by attacking in the middle of a meeting, let alone while there is other captains here.

A senkimon gate opened up several feet outside of Squad one Barracks. A man slowly stepped out of the gate and stood at the front of the door while the gate closed behind him. The man in a brand new white haori with the Squad 1 insignia on the back of it slowly walked toward the door and opened it to see the shinigami Captains present in an argument, one with his blade drawn, one in shikai, and another bleeding on the floor. Hezro raised his reiatsu to a level none of the Captains had felt before in a sealed state, making himself known to the group. His brown hair covered his face as he looked at them with anger in his eyes.

"THAT IS ENOUGH!" He shouted as his reiatsu rattled the room with his voice. "Enter your Formations at once! This is a Captains meeting! I was told there was a lack of order around here but I had no idea it was this severe! You people call yourselves Captains? I have seen Hollows with more respect than I have seen in the last three seconds out of you all." He cried.

It was true he was angry but most of it was to get there attention and to set the bar for his level of respect that he required out of them.A leader feared is better than a leader loved after all.He slowly made his way to the head of the room where the Captain Commander would usually stand and turned to face the Captains, completely ignoring the carnage around him.

"My name is Hezro Vora Hittori, my merits include Former Lieutenant of Squad 6, Captain of Squad 6, and member of Division 0. I am the new Division 1 Captain as well as your new Captain Commander. " He said as his reiatsu vanished to nothing.

Just before Hezro's Senkaigate closed a 5'10" girl scooted out of it. She wore jeans that barely covered her. She wore a shinigami robe that was cut off. her brown hair swayed as she entered the Barracks and the meeting hall. Her boots clacked as she rushed to catch up to Hezro. As she came to a halt she noticed that Hezro was getting the attention from the other captains. This however didn't affect Kenya because she had known Hezro for a long time. she followed Hezro and said behind him. after he was done speaking Kenya spoke up.

"I am the Vice Captain of said squad, Kenya Solace."

She started to look at the captains, all different types of people that have achieved captain status. She also noted she was the only Vice captain that was in the meeting hall. She quietly stood behind Hezro and awaited orders.
