Saito had experience in the Seireitei but having become the Division's new Captain yesterday meant a whole new experience.He knew his division members but now he would have to go to Captain's meetings and be treated as someone who is 'The Top' in pure combat as he was the new Kenpachi as well.He had his Captain's haori in place of his old sweater but kept it in the same style so he felt recognizable.As he started walking to his new initiation meeting he saw some of the other shinigami from other divisions whispering about the new Captain.
