Personal Kidou
Name: Tsumemono raito (Filling light)
Type: Unknown, But assumed to be Bakudo, as it has no direct offensive purpose.
Number:
Incantation: Ye gods of light, Seraphim, descend from the heavens, cloak the earth in your wings, fill the world with light.
Description: This Kidou is rather simple. All it does is fill the entire area around the caster with light. The radius can be increased, But if done by a strong person it can quite easily reach a mile. This will completely abolish any shadow, At all, Period. No shadows will be left, No exceptions.
When the kidou is first cast the light is soft, And not very harsh. But by increasing the amount of reiatsu flowing into the Kidou, The light's intensity can be increased, To the point where it is impossible to keep your eyes open, forcing people to fight blind. Brightness can also be increased on a localized level, Meaning spots of brightness can quite suddenly be created.
The caster is immune to the effects as the light is essentially a manifestation of their reiatsu, and thus is a part of them.
Duration: As long as it is maintained.
