Description: The cero is only for Espada level arrancars and the user must wield a sword. The cero is charged in one hand while the usere holds his sword in the other hand. When the cero is charged the user runs a few metres at the enemy and stretches his arm above his head. With the sword the user hits the cero making it tree times stronger and tree times faster then a normal cero.
Duration and/or cooldown: Duration 1, cooldown 5

I don't see how the running at the enemy makes a cero any stronger

Thats just for the show... and might come in handy in some cases...
